Moist Pumpkin Spice Muffins

This week’s recipe is Moist Pumpkin Spice Muffins. I love homemade muffins and these look delicious! Thanks to FoodBasics101.com for this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
$1/1 Eagle Mills Ultragrain Whole Wheat Flour printable
1/2 cup sugar
$0.50/1 Imperial Granulated Sugar printable
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
1 cup (heaping) pumpkin puree
1/2 cup evaporated milk
-$0.50/2 Carnation Evaporated Milk, exp. 12/31/11 (RP 10/30/11)
$0.50/2 Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk printable
1 egg
-$0.35/1 Eggland’s Best Eggs, exp. 3/31/12 (SS 10/02/11)

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
