We are on week #11 of My Weekly Shopping! As a reminder, my goal is to spend no more than $50 per week on groceries, cleaning supplies, baby products, and dog food/treats.
My little guy wanted to be in the picture – he is quite a ham for the camera! 🙂

I broke this up into two transactions to make it the least amount out of pocket. And see that Trendy Top in the picture? It was on clearance for $1.99 and I was curious so I grabbed it. In case you are wondering…it worked … okay.
Total Spent: $3.53, Saved $15.27, plus I’m getting $0.50/1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch SavingStar Deposit and left with $2 in ECBs
WEEKLY TOTAL: Spent $44.91, Saved $41.60!
My reaction: I am very pleased with this! I picked up a couple things without coupons that we needed for meals (the tomato soup and chili sauce – not together though :-)) and got dog food and still stayed under budget!
The only bummer is that I shopped at Meijer on Wednesday. On Thursday, Checkout 51 released an offer on the Special K cereals and coupons.com released a $2 off coupon for our dog food! Such a bummer, but what can you do, right?
How did you do this week? We’d love for you to share your shopping experiences with us, too!
