The coupon says “one coupon per purchase”. Since you purchasing two items, you can use two coupons. Now, if it said “one coupon per transaction” then, you would not be able to use two coupons in this situation. And, no, it should not be a problem to use at Walgreens. If it were to say “redeemable ONLY at Walmart”, then, yes, you could not use it at Walgreens. But, it is a manufacturer coupon and will be fine at Walgreens.
