Here is a great time saving tip for you. On the weekends, I like to cook up a whole crockpot’s worth of chicken breast for the week. I then dice it up and stick it in the fridge, and I now have already cooked chicken for the week. I also like to keep a few bags of it in the freezer. I tend to get busy and then 3pm rolls around, and I have nothing thawed and I don’t know what to cook for dinner. With my frozen pre-cooked chicken I can whip up all sorts of meals in a flash and still eat healthy. Many people keep stuff like hamburger helper or frozen pizza around for quick dinners, but that stuff is just plain awful for you. No offense to anyone that eats that, but I just can’t even stomach it. The dinner ideas are endless with chicken!
