Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park – Fun for All Ages

My family and I had the opportunity to visit a Sky Zone facility last week for the first time, and let me tell you – it was a blast! Being a former gymnast, I knew I would have fun and was pretty sure my boys would, too. We got there shortly after they opened, checked in, got our non-skid orange socks, had our brief safety talk, and were off for one hour of jumping! (Helpful tip: Complete and print the waiver online prior to arriving. It makes the check-in SO quick!)

The staff we encountered were great! With a 2-year old and 4-year old, you never know how things are going to go… especially since there were 130 kids from the local YMCA there, too! We spent most of our time in the Open Jump area – we were able to move into one corner and eventually the staff moved up to an even smaller area that was sectioned off with a net to keep the older kids separate. The Open Jump area is basically an open area of trampolines including a few on the wall like you see below. (Yeah, taking pictures was impossible since I only had my phone with me and my targets were constantly moving! haha)

Just before our time was up, we went to the Foam Zone and each of the boys were able to jump in once.

We weren’t able to check out the SkySlam or Ultimate Dodgeball area since the boys were with us, but the people that were there looked like they were having a great time. And, I’m thinking Skyfitness / Skyrobics sounds awesome!
