Stuffed BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe

Stuffed BBQ Bacon CheeseburgerStuffed BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe

If you are looking for a delicious cheeseburger, here is one for you! We made this delicious Stuffed BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger on my husband’s new smoker. Oh my goodness, not only did they taste great, but they were perfectly juicy.

Ingredients:

2 lbs hamburger
2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 slices crumbled bacon

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Place cooked back on paper towels and pat to remove extra grease. Crumble.
  3. Mix hamburger, BBQ Sauce, Cheddar Cheese and Bacon in a bowl. (I always use my hands for this.)
  4. Form hamburger mixture into patties.
  5. Season and cook on grill or smoker to your liking.

As I mentioned, we cooked these on our smoker. My husband bought it with his bonus from work this year so anytime I want to grill for dinner and we have the time, he wants to try it on the smoker. I actually might prefer them that way now that we have done it. They were delicious. Of course, these could easily be gone on a grill, too.
