INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices turkey Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
- 2 chicken breast cooked and sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/4 cup Mild Salsa
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1 swirl around the pan of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook bacon in medium skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
2. Use slotted spoon to transfer bacon to paper towels to drain.
3. Add 1 swirl around the pan of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
4. Add onions and peppers to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add chicken and corn; cook
5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon.
5. Spread tortillas with salsa; top with chicken mixture and cheese. Roll up and serve.
